Blue is Eliza's Pack & Red is Lilith's Pack
Generally, meetings will happen at the lower part of the throat at the Lake. And yes I made the Lake look somewhat like a wolf head on purpose. Think of it as exposing one's neck, this is a point they are to open up to each other and share what each one holds in their paws regarding important matters.

Danger Levels
Green - Safe, highly unlikely you will encounter a Turned.
Yellow - Still safe, but you might find one or two roaming about.
Orange - Somewhat safe, you will start to notice an increase in Turned
Red - Not safe, beware, you are highly likely to encounter Turned.
Dark Red - Certainly not safe, you will need to tread carefully if you dare.
Black - Absolutely not safe, Turned galore, death ensues.
Note: If you are wondering why there is more Danger in the warmer areas that is because there are more huntable things. As mentioned above, the Turned need fresh blood and meat. These things are already harder to come by in the cold lands. The reason currently that the Icelands are blacked out out is due to there being nothing to fight and kill off the Turned. So the remaining ones are just roaming and hunting until they eventually die out.
