Kalda snapped the shaft of the arrow and tossed it aside, creeping under the wing of the Death Song and reaching into her satchel. She found what she was looking for, a flask of Monstrous Nightmare gel. Never leave home without it.
She poured some onto an additional clump of moss, careful not to waste it, and spread it on the site of the arrow in preparation to remove it.
Opal hissed nervously as Kalda removed the arrow from Remy's wing, seeming very nervous at the idea of her rider in a potentially dangerous situation. Kalda seemed unharmed, though, since Remy was too dazed from the combination of dragon root in their system and the herb they had been given. Once the arrowhead was cast aside, Kalda stepped back to give the dragon some space, Opal immediately sweeping her up in her wings.
remy sat up and looked at him wing before looking at opal and letting out a grunt to ask ("what are you doing on the far side of the island, are you looking for a herb or something")
As Kalda tried to struggle free from Opal's protective embrace, Opal replied with a soft chittering noise. ("My human and I are searching for shed scales and similar things. She likes collecting them.")
As Opal said this, Kalda slipped free and reached for a clump of fully hardened amber from Remy's attack earlier, putting it in her satchel after dusting it free of dirt.
remy turns around and picks up a scale he shead the other day and sets in down in front of opal, he lets out a clicking sound ("i know where some other cool things are follow me") he walked out of the cave and started walking to a open area with dragon scales everywhere, flowers and more
Opal picked the scale up gently in their mouth and set it into Kalda's hands. Kalda looked up at the two dragons with a smile and put it in her bag. Opal's own scales, earlier an alarmed mix of purple and pale red, now turned yellow again. She nodded her head, guiding Kalda along with her with a wing. On the way, she asked Remy, ("How is your wing doing?")
Spotting the scales and other bits and bobs, Kalda's eyes widened, and she grinned. "Thank you, Freyr!!"
("it feels better now that the arrow is out, thank you and your rider") he said to opal as he stop at the area with dragon scales, flowers and more, he laded down to let opal's rider kalda look though the scales and other things ("take what you want i don't use this stuff anyway")
