I accept commissions based on if I can complete them, so if your request is declined or ignored, that's most likely why! No hard feelings, I want to be able to give you the best possible.
I reserve the right to refuse and cancel commission for any reason, and do not need to say why (though I usually do)! (Any cancellation on my behalf will be refunded if needed to)
Haggling is not allowed and will not be tolerated
I do not allow my work to be used as NFT's, be fed to AI or used for commerical use (unless discussed otherwise*)

I reserve all copyright to my artwork, you may post the art anywhere and use it as you like, however you must credit me by name or to my social media
Im not doing trades so please refrain from asking.
I will not under any circumstances accept commissions with AI generated characters, AI generated ref sheets or NFTs
Reselling of a unaltered or minor altered adopt design is prohibited
Im not on Wolvden 24\7 so please be patient, I might not see your request immediately

Payment methods, Refunds, Priority and Slots:
I currently offer US (via PayPal invoice) and In game currency as payment options so here's what to expect. (I am not accepting items at this time, please don't ask)
Payment is to be sent upfront
All artwork till the the commission is finished shall be watermarked, and you will receive the unwatermarked version of the artwork once the drawing is finished.
Regarding cancellation. Any commission cancelled before I have started will be issued a 100% refund. Commissions cancelled at the lineart (flat colour) or colouring stage (simple & complex shading) will be issued a 50% refund. Past those stages, refunds will not be issued.
Payment in USD takes priority over In game currency. Outside of that, I sort priority by complexity and number of characters, even if you paid in GC for a flat colour comm, a person who paid in SC & GC with multiple characters or paid in SC for a complex shading will take priority. This applies within PayPal comms as well, a person with a more complex commission will be given priority.
Slots:
Slots are sorted by priority. When I accept a commission, you will take up a slot in my queue, depending on the complexity of your commission, you will be placed higher or lower on the queue. As stated before, USD takes priority over comms using In Game Currency.
I have seperate slots for different payment types so I can assign enough time to each commission based on priority, and also so that I can manage my queue easily. Again, Im still new to this so I don't want to take on more than I can handle.

Subscribe to the post if you wish to see any updates about pricing, conduct or slots reopening
Regarding reserving slots: If my comms are closed and you wish to reserve a slot, I will message you or update on the post about it at most 3 days prior to opening commissions. Simply reply back that you wish to continue with a comm and I will reserve a slot for you.
What I offer:
I currently offer side-profile headshots with three types available. That being flat colour (no shading), simple shading and complex shading
The headshots will be on a clear transparent background as seen the examples.

1 USD = 0.2 /10
1 = 50
(USD is preferred)
Base price (includes up to 4 decor)
Flat Colour -1500 /30 /15 USD
Simple shading - 2500 /50 /25USD
Complex shading - 3000 /60/30 USD
Added pricing:
More than 4 decor = +150 /5 USD
Design complexity = from 150+ /3+ /15+ USD
Additional character = + 50% base price
I will reply with the confirmed price of the piece once you've sent your commission request via PMs to confirm. If I believe I cannot give you what you want, I will tell you upfront.
