HI! i wanna get smth like this vv of amelia!!! (my specialist lil guy <3)

i would like it to be 200x200px w/ a transparent bg in a pixel mspaint type style ^_^ there r bases for the animation on google

what i can offer:

Hiya! I can absolutely do something like this :3 It would be counted under Complex Animation (which unfortunately doesn't have examples atm, working on one atm) and would be around 15GC for a bustshot like the example!

Though, if you are open to it, I am looking for one of those chibi pixels of yours!! I'd be open to doing the described for one of those :3
