Brighened when he saw his mentor padding up to him. "Hi! You should've seen the way I caught this blackbird! It was on a branch, and after I pounced on it and killed it, I leaped out of the tree into a pile of leaves and ferns!" He said, his tail lashing excitedly. "So, what do you want me to do now?" She slowed as the small form of a rather plump mouse came into view,nibbling on something.yes! she thought crouching lower and stalking closer keeping her paws light and breathing quiet. |

Quick as a flash Nightshade shot her paw into the river and hooked a rather large fish out of the river and flung it on the ground to stun it. She bit down until the fish stopped struggling and added it to her growing pile. She didn't know if her clan mates even liked fish but she liked hunting them so here she was. The black warrior glanced at the pile of four large fish and decided this was enough even though she wanted to keep fishing. Standing up she searched with her eyes for Skywing though couldn't see her. She must have gone a little upstream, She thought and gathered the fish she could carry and headed back to camp to drop the prey off and planning to come back to fetch the rest. |

Sky wing launched for it snapping it spine and picking her kill up tail swaying in the air ever so proud of herself.The forest was so EMPTY! Like all the prey just disappeared! she huffed padding back to the river and tilting her head taking prey back to camp? doubt she fell in she thought.It was getting warmer so the rivers and streams were going to start getting bigger from the melting snow and ice up higher in the mountain. |

Once Hazelpaw had finished with Frondfur's bedding, she walked outside and sat down, neatly curling her tail around her paws. Looking longingly at the freshkill pile, Hazelpaw shook her head. Can't eat until I've finished my duties... she told herself. Instead, she looked around for someone to talk too. (Hmmmmm who to yap with...) |

Nightshade dropped her two fish on the prey pile and waved her tail at Hazelpaw before whipping around and racing back to the river. "Miss me?" She jokingly asked Skywing as she came into view. |
