FREE editable CSS layout(s)

I'd love a red/orange or red/black theme! The one you have currently is gorgeous, though 

hey there, i absolutely LOVE this, ive been looking for something simple and easy to read for a while and this is perfect ♥️

but for some reason the box i copied and pasted from this thread is showing up at the top of the page after i save?? i know genuinely absolutely nothing about coding or CSS so i have no idea what to do or how to explain hahah,, i’m only assuming this isn’t how it’s supposed to look 

i only use mobile in case that’s a factor!

oh yes, i see the problem! since it is in wysiwyg mode, itll copy the box around the link too! you have to paste in the link in code mode and then it should work (you can access code view by going to the editor and clicking the </> in the top left corner)

I do really like this layout but unfortunately it loads reeeaaaally slow, especially on mobile. Most den CSS doesn't do that for me, but idk why it's doing it?

if i had to guess, its likely the high resolution of the background image. if you would want it to load faster it could help to compress the current background image (making the filesize smaller), replacing it with another image or even to just change it into a solid color bg

Hmm well the bg loads just fine, it's just that when I scroll down the bg is there but everything else has to load, and if I scroll back up then what had loaded before is gone again.... If that makes sense?

i think that might be because of the way your browser renders things then? im not really sure, but ill try to look into it and see if theres anything i can do to improve its performance
