TERMS OF SERVICE

ELIGIBILITY

- Commissioner paying in USD via PayPal must be 18 years of age or older. By continuing with the commissioning process, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older. I am not responsible for any client being dishonest about their age.

SERVICE AND LABOR

- I reserve the right to discontinue service to anyone for any reason. This may or may not result in a full or partial refund, depending on how much work was completed.

- When commissioning me, keep in mind that you are paying me for labor, not for the product.

- I require payment upfront. I will not begin working on the commission until the fee is paid in full.

- I will provide you a high-resolution PNG copy of the completed purchased product via DropBox link. Please promptly save the image, as I will eventually delete the DropBox file. 

- When purchasing something from me, you will inevitably see my full legal name, including my deadname. Please don’t share it.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAUSE

- When commissioning me, keep in mind that you are paying me for labor, not for the product.

- All things that I make are my intellectual property. I reserve the right to reproduce it as merchandise, use as examples of finished work, or to include it in my portfolio.

- I will not remove my watermark from any piece, finished or otherwise. You may not remove my watermark from any piece, finished or otherwise, for any purpose.

- You may not edit any piece of my art, finished or otherwise, under any circumstances, unless given expressed permission from myself.

- After a commissioned or purchased piece is completed and fully paid for, you may repost it, use it as your profile picture or avatar, etc. as long as due credit is given, and as long as no edits or modifications have been made by anyone other than myself.

MONEY AND REFUNDS

- I require payment upfront. I will not begin working on the commission until the fee is paid in full.

- If you request a refund and I have not yet started on your commission, a refund will be issued in full.

- If you request a refund and the commission has been finished, you are not eligible and will not receive a refund.

- If you request a refund and the commission has been only partially finished, you may be eligible for a partial refund, but will not be given a product in any stage of completion. 

By proceeding with the commissioning process, you acknowedge that you have read and agreed to all of the above Terms of Service.
