Aenocyon's Guide On Links, Images, & More!

Hi there! This is for all the players out there that don't know how to send 'clickable' links, post images, post 'clickable' images, and more. I know there's a lot of you out there, and figured it would be nice to help you out!

First things first...

LINKS

This one if fairly simple. You see that little chain icon above the text box when you go to reply? No? Here's what it looks like:

Yeah, that one! Click that and you'll see something like this:

<*a href="">link<*/a>ย  (But without the *'s)

From here, you copy the link of anything you want. I'll be using my current lead wolf as an example. Between the quotation marks (These --> "" ) is where you put the link. Let's try it out!

Click the chain button above the text box and paste the link between the quotation marks. If you did it correctly, it should look like this after you hit reply: link

Did it work? If not, go ahead and edit your reply to fix it.

~~ A little tip, if you want it to say something other than 'link', replace the word 'link' in the code with whatever you want. Like this (but without the *'s):

<*a href="https://www.wolvden.com/wolf/4410872">Wolf<*/a>

You see how it says 'Wolf' instead of link? Here's how it looks once you post it: Wolf

Does yours match? If not, go ahead and fix it!

~~~
Well done! You made it through the first lesson. I know, it was that easy the whole time! Now you can teach your friends, if they don't know already. Stay tuned for more lessons!
LESSON #2: IMAGES
~~THIS LESSON IS FOCUSED ON COMPUTER-USERS~~
Now I'm going to teach you how to post images! You'll need a helper site for this one. I recommend Imgur (Here's the actual address if you want to copy: https://imgur.com/upload ).
Once you have that opened, I want you to open up a wolf's page (any wolf, I'm using my lead wolf again). Now move your mouse to the picture of your wolf, holding down and dragging the picture up to the tab Imgur is opened in.
DON'T LET GO.
Drag the image to the place that says "Drop images here" and then let go. It will load (and likely give you a small red error message, ignore that) and you will see it on your screen. Now tap on the picture with two fingers (mousepad) or the non-dominant side (mouse), and you should see a menu that looks like this:
Select "Copy image address" and go back to the tab with this thread. Just next to the chain button you used last lesson is a picture button-- select that and paste the image address between the quotation marks. Now hit the green 'reply' button and see if it worked. If it didn't, go ahead and retry.
~~~

There you go! That's lesson number two completed. Good job! Stick around for more lessons.
