Sorryyyy- ;-; )) Akira shook her head a little and took the stuff out of Eva's hand. "First of all, that's unsanitary. Second of all, we can just take the back way." She sighed, opening her bag and handing Eva a peach. "Let's go." She told her, sounding like her old self again. |

Eva frowned a little as he food was knocked out of her hands. "I worked hard for that...." She muttered under her breath. She looked down at the peach and slowly took a bite from it. |

If you clean then eat, just make sure to eat once you're done. There's always a point =.= )) "Keep your hood up, and don't make eye contact with anyone." She sighed, taking her hand and leading her through the crowd. No one really seemed to notice the two of them, which was perfect. They emerged on the other side, and Akira finally started to relax a little. "I live a few blocks from here. It's only a ten minute walk." She pulled her phone from her pocket and checked her messages, worried her parents might have called. |

Eva kept her hood up the whole time and her gaze down. She was tense as she walked, and was absolutely terrified to be around all these people. She ate the peach slowly, seeming to savor every bite. |

Akira seemed to be on edge, but she wasn't nearly as nervous as Eva was. It took around seven minutes to get home, and she struggled with the lock on the door for a moment before finally getting in. "Here- Go sit down for a sec. I have to call someone." She sighed, clutching her phone in one hand while holding the door open with the other. |

Eva hesitated as she looked at the inside of the home. She looked back at Kaia, a flash of fear showing in her eyes for a moment. She seemed terrified at the thought of being alone, but she slowly went into the house and sat on the tile floor, not sitting on the carpet like she had once before.She was still nibbling him the peach |

I still have a few more weeks before the semester begins =v= )) Akira walked up the stairs she'd been told she'd fallen down, and went into her room. She paced around nervously, watching the clock. At exactly one o'clock, her phone rang. "Heya, Papa!" "Hey, sweetie. Your mother's still at work, but she says 'hi'! How's your day been?" "Eh, same old-same old. I went to the market and got some peaches for a pie. I can bring some to you and Ma if you wanted?" "Oh, that'd be great! I tell you what- We'll come down and see you this weekend, alright? Maybe go get some lunch?" "Sure thing, Papa. I've actually got some cleaning to do, so I'm gonna let you go for a bit. I'll talk to you tomorrow!" "Alright, sweetie. I'll let Ma know you say 'hey'." "Bye, Dad." She hung up and then threw her phone at the wall, leaving a sizeable dent. She felt like screaming, but she didn't want to worry Eva. She'd just learned that everything she'd known, everything she'd believed had been a lie. |

Eva remained curled up on the floor, she was still eating the peach, taking her sweet time with it. She HD never had a peach before and she already loved them. Her tail thumped on the floor as it wagged a little. It had been the best food she'd had in 6 months. |

Akira took a few minutes to get herself together and cool down, not wanting to snap at Eva by mistake. She walked into her bathroom and cleaned up the strange black liquid still leaking from her neck. It didn't smell like anything, and it had an odd consistency. After a while, she came back downstairs with a towel and some clothes. "Here- The bathroom is in there. We can talk after you get cleaned up. Let me know if you need help with anything, okay?" She couldn't quite remember everything involving Eva yet, but she knew that Eva was a friend. As more of the liquid drained out, she seemed to be regaining more and more information about her past. |

Eva hesitated, standing up slowly. She didn't say it at loud but...she had forgotten how to use a shower. She swallowed and slowly walked towards the bathroom. She hesitated before she went into it. She stayed in there for a while. |
