@KaiKai this isn't the place for questions, but the short answer:
Chased wolves have a purple shooting star next to their gender symbol. You can only find them from when your lead is level 10. To increase the chances of finding one, there are lead talents. You can also use aniseed to get more wolf encounters in the hopes of getting more choices.
