TL;DR: For around the first hour of the event, the pools were not randomized and users would get the same list of items (with different total amounts depending on the tier they paid). This was fixed promptly, but the decision made was that only users who bought more than 1 pack could have their items rerolled from all but the first pack.

I have no idea why anyone would think that this is an acceptable and fair outcome. Everyone who was affected by this bug was effected in the same way - why is it only the people who bought two packs or more that are being helped? There's no reason that a user who bought only one package couldn't get the same help that a user with two or more got.

People spent real money on these items! So to get a batch that's got decreased value due to the inflation from the bug, along with no new bgs / decors, is absolutely terrible.

The least that can be done is open up rerolls to single-purchase users. I don't care if it'll flood the modbox, it's tge morally right thing to do as otherwise it destroys the trust between the players and the devs.
