Prismatic Dreamweavers
OH HEY NEW LORE!
Upon your arrival in Prismatic Dreamweavers you're quickly approached by a male who calls himself Ignatius. A large male known for his ruthlessness in his hunting skills. Another male also approaches, making it known that he is the only one allowed to court the females in this territory. Both males are almost too colorful. The stud boasts that his genes can pass special eyes. You scoff brushing past the obnoxious male before he starts turning into a peacock. The pack holds many wolves of many varieties. You can see wolves strong of body quickly coming and going, dragging meat into a massive underground hoard. Inside the hoard was meat, herbs, and toys for the amusement of the pack when they were at leisure. As soon as the hunters arrived, they left. There were two wolves who reported to the alpha every couple hours or so. They were exploring nearby territories, they seemed to live for the thrill of new discovery. Another wolf held bundles of herbs in a pouch and in his mouth, he was unhurried, seeming to enjoy the scents and sounds that the earth offered more than the company of the other wolves.
Next came the dens, one held the family of the pack's former leaders and studs. These wolves had slept on furs and were brought their meals so they didn't have to work for it. Unless they wanted to of course. The next cave held the hunters of the pack. Another held the females expecting pups, so they had a quiet place to rest. One chaotic cave held nursing mothers, some with pups that still had their eyes closed. Other puppies were beginning to run from the den. The pupsitters rested in their own den, likely grateful for the break away from the pups. The next den held the pack's growing young. This cave ensured they could play with one another at anytime without waking the younger pack members or older pack members, but still had sitters checking in. The next cave was quiet. Inside you could see wolves unlike any other. Some had clouded eyes, others simply stared as you tried to speak to them. Others explained to you that these wolves could not hear. The scouting wolves and herbalist chose to rest in this cave. There were two more caves, one for visitors, and a final cave for wolves eagerly waiting to leave the pack for new adventures.
Overall Prismatic Dreamweavers holds many colorful wolves, and some wolves sporting the colors of nature. The wolves different from the others fit in seamlessly among the others. Many active wolves enjoy the pack's vast territory, and some prefer to relax in the spacious dens. Overall the pack is well loved and cared for and will always support one another.
Outdated loreSigilo meant stealth in the beginning, until it meant something else entirely to Murdoc. As his fur grew in patches of various colors, he quickly began to realize stealth was no longer an option for him and his pack. With his mate, Lily at his side, their pack grew. They began to realize that Murdoc wouldn't be the only one with the odd colors on him, and soon others would join them. Hearts were torn from the pack when resources were scarce, but now that Murdoc has led the pack to prosperity, they are plentiful, and wolves flock to the pack for sanctuary. Murdoc looks towards the future and the next generation of Sigilo, as he knows his time runs short. He can only hope that he picks an heir strong enough to maintain the pack that he has made for them.
As he grows older Murdoc turns to his son Macadamien Nut to lead in his place. The boy's colors were born to him. A natural chaser, the boy quickly grew into adulthood, where he would join one of the pack's hunting teams. The boy was quick to learn, and soon led his own hunting team, growing into a strong formidable adult. His father knew he was ready, but Macadamien would wait until his father's final moments before assuming the role as the new leader of Sigilo.
Murdoc swallowed the jellyfish whole. His mate had found it for him. Knowing that the pack would never be the same without his guidance. The jellyfish was said to hold immortal properties. Nonetheless, the wolf still held his age upon his shoulders, and gratefully looked to his son. Macadamien Nut stepped forward and stood tall over his father. Murdoc bowed to his son, before Macadamien Nut howled, the rest of the pack joining in a chorus to mark the new Alpha of Sigilo.
As a couple years went by, Sigilo's hunting teams flourished under the new Alpha's guidance. The wolves became some of the strongest the Prarie could see. They rose bleary-eyed each morning, knowing that they alone were responsible for feeding over a hundred wolves and pups. Success in both hunting and breeding would be seen, and soon the pack would send their strongest pups to those packs in need.
It was only fitting that as the pack grew in visibility and prosperity that a new name come with them. It was important to the pack that a name reflect the vivid colors, patterns, and unique differences among them. It was ultimately this, that led the pack to become Prismatic Dreamweavers.
As Macadamien Nut grew old he wondered whom he would appoint as the next alpha. His family had dwindled and none had an interest in leading the pack forward. Then he recalled the new male that had joined the pack just two years prior. Bruno was a smart and wise turquoise male. Although he still had much to learn, just like Macadamien Nut himself did at the time he himself had become alpha. Macadamien was confident that Bruno would lead the Prismatic Dreamweavers into a more prosperous future.
