Thunder Gorge Pack

Thunder Gorge is a spacious, green canyon carved out by a glacier long ago, framed by sheer cliffs and pine trees. All that's left of the glacier nowadays is the winding, relentless river for which the area is named, and the moraines at the mouth of the canyon. Saga's pack have made their home in a cave at the foot of the western mountain, protected from the prevailing wind by the peak. Across the valley in the eastern gorge is where wolves go when they're sick, to heal and avoid spreading the illness to others. The north pass overlook is a well-protected den higher up on the cliffside, where the pup-sitter can also act as a lookout for the pack, and the south pass contains a rocky hollow, far away from the main pack, where passing strangers sometimes rest their paws.
