Welcome Wanderer

Iridescent lights played and twirled in the sky above, almost like a game. A heavy snow wisped in the wind chilling the foliage and rocks that it touched. Each leaf and blade of grass froze in place, a white sheen of ice crept over the greenery. The sun was just beginning to dip into the horizon leaving behind shades of pink and orange mixed with blue.

A time where usually crickets began chirping and the ambiance of amphibians has come, and yet, there was none. Silence drifted across the land and filled every crack, every crevice. It usually came from a lack of sound, but this was different. This silence was unusual. Ominous.

This is where He came to rest, to revive. The iced glacier was, is, and always will be His to control. A force to not be reckoned with, a god some say. Any creature that came in His wake would be hunted. All except one.

Wolves. He admired their strength. Their abilities to take commands and take down even the largest of prey caught His favor. To show this, He welcomed them to His hunts. They became legend, but those wolves soon betrayed Him.

Grief striken, He took His favor from the wolves and they were banished from His icy kingdom. The Fates said this would happen, but they shared something else. A day would come where the wolves would find His favor again, and it came with the name of the river He controlled. The river Styxx.

Pack Law

☆ Obey the Alpha. Her word is final.
☆ Only the Alpha may mingle with outsiders unless approved.
☆ Pups will be trained and placed accordingly, those who fail will have the option of becoming a pupsitter or leaving. Never to return.
☆ Concerns should be brought to any member of the Inner Circle before they are brought to the Alpha.
☆ Disobedience will be punished by exile, or possibly death.

Arawn's Commandments

¤ Bloodlines must be kept clean.
¤ Once the Fates have tied a pair together they are to be forever.
¤ Do not oppose the Alpha, they are chosen by Arawn himself.
¤ Do not question the deity or you shall have bad luck fall upon you.
¤ Pups must be tested, especially those of regal lineage.
¤ The Alpha is the only one named, Styxx.
¤ The Shaman Heir must be picked at the 5th Lunar Moon, and must be a descendent of Grey Fang, holding the last name Fang.
¤ When a pack member passes a vigil must be held, a tribute given dependent on status.
¤ The Alpha Heir will choose their inner circle by judgement of character alone.

Who is Arawn?

Arawn, the celtic God of death. Some say He is evil, but He makes sure that lost souls find peace. He fell in love with wolves due to their strength and love for the hunt. They took no more than what they needed, and He was impressed by them. One day, the deity approached a pack of wolves, asking them if they would hunt for him once a year.

The wolves agreed only if they received favor from the god, giving them divine or spiritual gifts. Arawn agreed. Every year the wolves would hunt magnificent beast for Him. He adorned the wolves with gifts as well as what they had asked for. No wolf was the same.

Then a day came where the wolves no longer cared for the god. They abandoned Him, leaving Him to starve. After the 3rd Lunar Moon of no hunts, the god took back His divine gifts. Instead, He plauged the wolves and left them in turmoil. Maybe one day they will seek His favor once more.
