You live many lives by the time you settle into the night sky. Each twinkling beacon a distant story, memories glowing brightly as a reminder of all that has been seen and will be seen. 

But how long does it take for a star to be bored? To long once again for those feelings of life- for another chance at a story? 

The White Stag created everything, from the roaring rivers to the stoic mountains. Among his creations was the Everburn forest, with trees whose leaves where flickering flames. From these leaves came a wolf, as passionate and unpredictable as the fire that made her pelt. The White Stag loved her, and she in turn loved him, and together they protected the world and it's creatures. But even gods need rest, and so it was the White Stag ascended into the sky, taking a place amongst the stars where he may continue to observe his creation. His beloved wolf remained, sparking in the hearts of her descendants, keeping the flames of exploration and devotion alive.
