There's a tale of two deities, bonded in love and death. One is of Love, days spent basking in Light and Fertility, while the other rules over the kingdoms of Wisdom and Night.
They are Caregivers, as they vowed to Protect and Heal. They are Wanderers because they never settle in one pack, always traveling to change the dark fates of sick ones to make life blossom.
They are Deities from their Deaths, tightly sown with their promise.
They Heal, because that's what they did as mortals, and even Death and Rebirth couldn't rip this purpose away from them. Rune, Mother of Love, Light and Fertility, and her eternal lover, Luna, Father of Wisdom and Night, vow their existences to what caught them off guard: sicknesses.
They trail illnesses to the source and eradicate what kills, to save anyone from what happened to them.
Chasing sickness is their purpose, their mission, and above all, their wish. They hope for a better future for all Mortal wolves.
Countless records of their groundbreaking feats shake the believes of those daring to despise them, and while they are kind souls, they are still gods and as such, all powerful. Denying it would be lying.
But do not fear them, for they are benevolent, watching over all wolves like their own children, protecting and healing. . .
