One day, a wolf from unknown lands came across a lemon orchard. The lemon trees seemed to grow for endless miles in incomplete and scraggly rows. Orbital noticed a strangely yellow wolf in a cloak amongst those trees. He seemed shy.
Orbital announced himself and deferred to the smell of the land, but the lemon colored wolf did not seem to acknowledge him. Instead that wolf watched him warily from beside one of those trees.
"Hello, I am Orbitalā¦ in these landsāthey smell like yoursāI am but a passer," he said to the yellow wolf.
That wolf looked at Orbital and flattened his ears, and that was when Orbital seemed to hear strange voices. The lemons appeared to shake at each note. "The Lemon King sees you and grants your passing," the voices said.
Orbital nodded somewhat reluctantly, eyeing the fruits in the trees. "Lemonā¦ King," he said, bowing, unsure if the wolf he now addressed was the king spoken of in the voice of spirits.
The yellow wolf bowed slightly in acknowledgement and quickly disappeared.

Orbital had had intentions of moving on, but the strange yellow wolf drew him to the land. Those sameā¦ voicesāof fruits?āmesmerized him, so he stayed in the valley of the Lemon King. There he swore his silent allegiance to that mute yellow wolf that seemed to be a sprite in the woods.
Whenever wolves would pass by, Orbital sang the song of Lemon King and begged them to also follow that silent wolf's words.
Orbital was the first follower of the Lemon King.
