This lemon, the first lemon given breath by Life, saw the world and all of her siblings and the mother tree and fell in love with the world she had never before been able to perceive. She suddenly knew the sun as more than just warmth and the night as more than coldness.
When she met the little yellow wolf, who she knew was not lemonkind, she loved him. She gained her name because she was yellow like a flower from a place faraway, and Chrysanthemum followed the little yellow wolf wherever he went.
