For small prey, Ashur explained claws are your best asset. He demonstrated to Tsalal that there are ways to pin prey down and kill with a small bite to the neck, rather than trying to bite the entire piece of prey and ruining it.
Ionas asked the class to prepare tiny gifts today for every packmate and practice graciousness even if the gift is rejected. Tsalal enjoyed getting to know her packmates better through the gift giving.
Cesia invited a few experienced members of the pack to find the class. Everyone had to prove their hiding techniques to the adults, and Tsalal endured well in two rounds and ended up the last to be found in the last round.
