One of Polar and Bear's children. Fog is somewhat of a follower. She doesn't really speak for herself, instead going along with the others' plans, which leads her bouncing between her responsible sister Hoar and mischievous brother North. She reminds Steam greatly of her own sister, Billow, who ran away from the pack after Thermal's leadership was overthrown.
As she got older, Fog became more independent, as a result of looking up to Steam. They would train together, leading to Fog becoming a scout.
