Sam is soft in both his appearance and his personality. He loves attention as well as helping others that come to him seeking medical aid. Often described as eccentric by other pack members, Sam is easy to love, even if he is often covered in random leaves and herbs.

His love for medicine started when he was young. He held admiration to the herbalist that had tended to his wounds when he was first adopted by his mother. Since then he has been on a mission to learn everything he can, so that he can help others in need. Whilst he may not be the best, he is full of passion and determination.

As much as Sam loves others he never thought himself anything of a mentor. Too all over the place and over the top. That changed suddenly one day when Barns came stumbling into the Herbal cave, with a Dandelion in his mouth and covered in mud. Since that day Sam and Barns have become close much to the packs surprise.
