Maharen is the fourth Blaenori of Pont-y-Rhedyn. Blessed with a handful of cryptid traits but no particular supernal abilities, she serves the pack as a guard, guide, and mentor. Affable and adventurous, she's always looking for a good chat. She doesn't live with the pack, instead drifting throughout the territory and accosting passers-by. She spends more time with the pack than the other Blaenori do, often stopping by for several days at a time and always easy to find. Maharen is much larger and stronger than a usual wolf - a side effect of her cyptid nature. She uses this to her advantage to defend the valley when needed.

Maharen was born in early spring 25 to the pack's scouts, Eidral and Llwyfen. Despite her long scout heritage, she couldn't seem to settle on a role, jumping between them throughout her adolescence. As her older brother Carw took over the pack she jumped to assist him, taking up small jobs around the pack and helping with general maintainence. She ultimately proved pivital when the cataclysms started, often taking lead of the pack in Carw's stead and assisting with his investigations. When all was said and done, both she and Carw were offered [NAME]'s blessings - and while he declined, Maharen accepted. She acquired some cryptid traits - long claws and teeth, a thick mane and pronged antlers. She stopped aging, and lives as a young adult even now, many decades later.
