After her brief brush with illness, Symone sought out a wolf to fulfil the role of Herbalist. As if the stars she follows aligned, she has found Methuselah sniffing around for plants that casually, the Stonefangs have plenty of.
Eager to make himself a home within the Stonefangs, Methuselah has immediately started getting familiar with his new packmates, presenting himself and ecouraging them to come to him should they feel any symptoms, or if they'd like a trek around the territory to find more ingredients. "You can never have too much medicine." He says.

Now that Methuselah has crafted a variety of medicines with the available ingredients, he has approached Symone with the suggestion that perhaps constructing a den for the sick would be a good idea. A pack will not survive if proper care to their sick or injured isn't given, and with how insidious some maladies can be, it's important to give them proper care away from packmates - especially pups, that they could infect. Symone discussed the idea with the rest, and an unanimous vote said 'yes'. It took a night, but a new den has been made, the process closely overlooked by the herbalist to make sure it lacks for nothing a patient could need.

Céfiro is a "provisory" member of the hunting team, but Methuselah hopes he keeps taking it easy. He's treated many things for the Stonefangs, but the state that yearling came in... Poor dear. Methuselah is still seeing how the young wolf fares - doesn't seem to have any parasites or diseases, though he had many infected wounds and that nasty poison he came with - and while he looks like he can hunt, he's keeping a watchful eye on the wolf. It also is nice that he can speak more with Hatua, the hunter and pupsitter is great company! Their shared desire to tend to the young and infirm gives them much to talk about.
