Pine was befriended by Pack Leader Vixen and brought into the Nightglow Pack. She was one of the first hunters of the pack, and although she is not the most naturally gifted hunter, she is the most experienced and holds her own amongst Slate and Hazel. She is a Stalker in the Setout hunting party.
She became pregnant by the pack breeding male, Sunshine, and had 2 pups with him.
After the creation of a new hunting party, Pine was transferred to join Journey. Now that they weren't seeing each other every day, Pine found herself thinking of Slate often. Pine went to her and confessed her love, and Slate reciprocated. They happily became mates and adopted a pup together from the enclave.
