Soren was unhappy for their first few months. They felt uncomfortable, because of what, they did not know. But their fur tingled any time someone said their name. It was just…wrong. Eventually, they figured out why. There was a wolf in their pack named Hemera, she had been talking to the herbalist once, and she had described how she used to feel. Uncomfortable in her own skin. Soren realized, that was exactly how they felt. They brought up the courage to talk to her, a burning question sitting in their head. They asked. "How do I stop feeling this way." Hemera barely answered, but with a small smile, then brought them on a walk. They stopped in front of a bear. The bear looked at Hemera with a kind and toothy grin, then looked down to Soren. "Would you like to change?" Soren stared at the bear, eyes lost in the shaggy fur. "Yes." The bear gave them an odd elixir, Soren drank it, and fell into a drowsy state. They woke, their first thought being a welcome one, not one about their disgust with themself. She woke. She smiled. She named herself Alla. Then she decided to travel, as soon as she reached the apprentice age. Learn about other packs, learn about other wolves, their lives and thoughts. So she set off.

Lore: When Alla arrived she attracted a lot of stares, very few wolves in Dhaura pack had ever seen such a colourful wolf, let alone a piebald, and those that had were not used to them. regardless, she was welcomed graciously and asked to take some pups off the pupsitter's paws, as one of them had been injured lately. She came as two other travelers were leaving, Blue Flare and Theodusius. Alla gave them directions to the pack she had just came from, and they gave good reviews of Dhaura pack.

Lore: Alla soon found herself in a pine forest blanketed in a thick fog and was quickly lost. She tired to use her nose but the moisture in the air washed scents away quickly and the sharp smell of pine masked everything else. Startled to see a pair of gray eyes staring at her, Alla begun backing away but before she could move a few pawsteps the wolf called out to her, "Wait! Please don't be frightened. We don't see many cloud pelted wolves, I'm one of few in our pack." Stopping and tipping her head, Alla wondered what the wolf meant but soon understood as he pad towards her. He's like me, piebald. But why did he call her a cloud pelted wolf, maybe staying with his pack would explain why.

Lore: This new pack greets her warmly, treating her like one of their own from the beginning. Their leader is old but still strong in mind and body. They speak of "gifts" with wings upon their backs and fire in their pelts and in that they are strange but not unwelcoming, never unkind. She feels at home here, she thinks, and it would have been nice to stay but she is a traveller and the world calls to her. When it comes time for her to leave, they beckon her over and place a crown of flowers upon her head to remember them by.
