Piroska

Piroska is a massive wolf, easily towering over most, sporting a muscular build to match. Her coat is short and thick, marred by multitudes of scars. She usually wears her guards cloak and trophy necklace.

Born to a large pack in the coniferous forest, Piroska was trained from birth as a soldier. Both of her parents passed away when she was young and she was left in the care of the royal guard. The pack was extremely combative and regularly waged wars with neighbouring packs. Their guard unit was subsequently severe. Eager to mould such a young pup, the guards were particularly strict with Piroska and did not offer her any leniency, expecting only perfection from her.

By some miracle Piroska did not break under the pressure, and indeed managed to raise herself to their expectations. Naturally skilled and relentless to boot, she quickly cemented herself as one of their most promising recruits. Shortly before she was to be officially sworn in as the guards youngest member, just before her first year, she was approached by a fellow yearling, Zente. He declared that he would be departing from the pack to found his own, one capable of rivalling it. Unable to let the pack's golden boy get himself killed on some delusion of grandeur, she agreed to accompany him as his personal guard, and the two departed from the pack without a word to their peers.

The two travelled north, recruiting Renegade, Mauro, and Braelyn along the way. A harsh winter forced them to turn back south however, leading to them stumbling across Cwm Tondau.

Piroska is often described as a rather severe wolf, upholding high expectations of both herself and others. Sharp and calculating, she's always thinking two steps ahead and quick to adapt as needed. She's not always mindful of others, and will sometimes push others past their limits or otherwise put them in harm's way for a more favourable outcome. This is more a side effect of her own ambition rather than intention - she generally wants the best for her packmates and usually regrets any injury or ill will resulting from her actions.

Piroska has a crisp voice, and speaks in a strict manner.
