Where the wolves meet (priv rp with Val)

vellar let out a bark and used her hind legs to kick suvi's belly to escape her grasp. once she was free, she began bolting it, following vera like deer would do. meghna and sarju followed after the others with their own hunters behind them.

varuna was leading the chase with marusudar behind. he signaled for marusudar to take the left while he took the right, leaving the others in the middle.

the other deer were a bit surprised and confused by vera's action but went along with it. they stopped beside Vera and reared up on their own hind legs, though they weren't as tall nor menacing as actual deer.

the other hunters halted in their tracks, some confused but varuna and marusudar went along. varuna barked and began circling the deer, raising his hackles and baring his teeth as a way to intimidate them. the other wolves followed suit, circling the deer and leaving no gaps.

krishna quickly dodged and saw the opening, quickly lunging at vera and pinning her down. she positioned her jaws to bite vera's neck but of course didn't actually bite, she even kept mouth her full tooth's length away from the tip of vera's fur.

as vera was taken 'down', the other deer sprinted away. vellar was quickly caught by suvi when she originally tried to break away. the beige female tackled her and when vellar snuck a dirty kick, suvi barred her teeth and gently took vellar by the scruff, showing that she had already caught the other wolf.

sarju and meghna were still on the run, trying to make it into a thatch of forest while marusudar and varuna tried to herd them away.

krishna struggled for a moment, almost losing her footing, but she pretended to thrash vera's neck around, making the motions for a precise neck snap.

vellar growled but ceased struggling, flopping 'dead' as she admitted defeat. suvi got off of the other wolf and looked around to see where the others were.

in the distance, varuna and marusudar were still herding the other two 'deer'. varuna signaled for his hunter partner to advance on the left side while he on the right. and while it was a risky move since no one was covering the back, the two managed to tackle their deer simultaneously and 'capture' them.

krishna dipped her head, "thank you." she then sat beside vera to catch her breath slightly. it wasn't as bad as last time so she'd be conserving her energy well.

once suvi was off her, vellar sprang up and shook her own fur, getting some snow on the other wolf. suvi let out a huff and glared at vellar. then she turned her head to watch as varuna, sarju, marusudar, and meghna walked back.

"i see we all caught our 'deer'," varuna proclaimed with a smile, earning a nod from sarju and krishna.
