If it's in the Raise & Chase den, you're free to ask for it. Sales den will always be actively up for trade and everything else is off limits, except for any puppies just named after their base. If they're weaned and not up for sale, I'm probably just training them, and would be fine giving them away or selling them.

I sometimes send out bundles of food and/or toys. You don't have to send anything back (it is a gift, after all) but I do implore you to pay it forward! Next time you're doing okay, if you see a user down on their luck, send them some necessities! It bolsters our community :)
