Winter Solstice Pack

You're walking through the Coniferous Forest, paws sinking into the cool undergrowth. The dusky light barley filters through the trees and you know it will be night soon, but you are not concerned, these woods are not known to be dangerous. You catch the scent of a wolf pack and decide to follow it, hoping they are friendly and might let you stay the night. 

Your nose eventually leads you to a rocky clearing, and you notice several wolves staring up to the sky. A male with piercing yellow eyes spots you, and gestures for you to join them, not questioning your presence. You join the group, staring up at the darkening sky in unbroken silence when the first stars blink into view.
