Mavis did very little while Jewel took advantage of her home, deciding to read over a well worn book as she waited. Offering up a smile when she returned, she noticed the low hanging hand after a few moments. "Is your stomach upset, Jewel? I can give you some herbs to chew on if you would like." She hummed as she closed her book, unable to see anything out of the ordinary at the moment.

" No..no.." Jewel said with the shake of her head " I'll.. be fine. "

She took her hand away and combed it through her semi-wet hair nervously. How much longer could he hit the secret? 

But to keep her mind off the issue .. she looked up at Mavis. " So... what have you  been up to  ever since my long absence?"
